Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Items such as serums, shampoos, and consumable hair treatments cannot be returned if opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• If the product is damaged or used, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• For refunds related to damaged or incorrect items, please provide photos of the product and packaging to expedite the process.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at neograftoffice@gmail.com.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
