We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once processed, orders are handed over to our delivery partners for shipping.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified via email or phone.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Urban Areas: 5-7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service availability, and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: zero shipping charges for all orders
Express shipping may be available at an additional charge. Contact us for more details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order using the provided details through the courier service’s website.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at neograftoffice@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
